Ruth

During the time of the Judges there was a famine in the land. Because of the famine an Israelite named Elimelech and his wife Naomi moved to Moab to live. During that time their two sons married Moabite women. The wives names were Orpha and Ruth. The book of Ruth tells about her faithfulness to her mother-in-law and how God blessed her. When Naomi's husband and two sons died Ruth determined to go back to Israel with Naomi.
