We the people of the Church of God Ministries International, in order to; "...Go ye therefore into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature" (Mark 16:15),  "... and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you:..."(Mat. 28:18-20); and furthermore, Jesus Christ commanded Peter, "Feed my Sheep" (John 21:16,17), "...Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre but of a ready mind; Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being ensamples to the flock." (I Peter 5:2,3), do ordain and establish this CONSTITUTION OF THE CHURCH of GOD, MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL.
